Ben comes to St. Matthew from Arnolia United Methodist Church in Parkville, MD where he was the Director of Music. Ben’s experience ranges from choral and handbell ensembles, children’s choirs and modern worship music. Ben is musically proficient with the Organ, Piano, French Horn and Recorder.

Deb Smith, Associate Minister of Music

Deb Smith holds a B.S. in Music Education from Millersville University.  She is a retired Vocal Music at the Middle School and High School teacher who has 34 years of teaching experience.  Her duties involved show choir, steel pan ensemble, handbells, spring play, spring musical, and many other ensembles.  Deb has led our fine puppet team for a number of years.
